How to Use PTFE Thread Seal Tape?

1. Ensure that all connecting parts are free of foreign objects and meticulously clean.

2. Wrap with precision! For instance, when screwing the angle valve into the wall's inner thread, it rotates clockwise. Thus, wrap the raw material tape counterclockwise. This method ensures the angle valve tightens securely without any risk of loosening.

3. As you wrap, make sure the PTFE thread seal tape adheres snugly to the threads. The mantra is: tight is right. After wrapping, use your hands to rotate and press it firmly, or simultaneously wrap and press for a flawless fit.

4. Layering perfection! While there are no strict rules for the number of layers, experience suggests wrapping more than ten times ensures a flawless seal without leakage.

5. While tightening the thread, exercise caution. Apply moderate force—tight enough to feel strong in your hand, yet gentle enough to prevent over-tightening.
